Operations Director

Are you a dynamic practice professional ready to drive transformation in a well-established, values-led accountancy and business advisory firm with offices in Shropshire? Join this firm to drive their change & transformation agenda and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational and strategic direction of this successful Shrewsbury-based practice.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll work closely with Directors and stakeholders to lead change initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance client experiences. Your focus will span strategic planning, team leadership, operational excellence, all while promoting innovation and growth.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, champion best practices, and have a direct hand in managing performance, budgets, and client satisfaction. With the support of a collaborative leadership team, you'll help future-proof the business and its services.

What we’re looking for:
