About Our Client

My client is a leading FMCG business supplying food products to all major supermarkets across the UK. They are currently rolling out a large-scale programme that will transform their operations. They are seeking a Change and Communication Specialist to support this journey. This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours, which can be spread over 3 or 4/5 days. The role is hybrid/remote, with occasional in-office days in Leeds.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage communication and engagement plans for the core programme team, utilizing various channels
• Support Change Leads and Project team members with change management practices
• Collaborate with the transformation team to coach and educate line managers using the Line Manager Framework (LMF)
• Plan and manage regular action learning reviews, ensuring follow-up on actions
• Identify risks and obstacles, and implement mitigation or escalate as needed
• Ensure effective communication and engagement within the programme team

Candidate Profile:

• Strong project management and programme working practices
• Excellent planning, organization, and deadline management skills
• Deep knowledge of engagement channels and their appropriate use
• Ability to assess the impact of business changes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Teams)
• Preferred: experience with InDesign and video editing software
• Experience in developing guides for effective practices
• Facilitation skills for small group workshops
• Ability to develop communication and engagement materials

Offer:

• Salary equivalent to £49,000 full-time (£29,500 for 22.5 hours)
