We’re partnering with a prestigious investment bank and global advisory firm to find a sharp and highly organised Change Analyst. This hybrid role supports both day-to-day operational processes and strategic change projects across an international platform.

You’ll collaborate with Change Managers, business leaders, and support functions to deliver internal comms, onboard resources, coordinate global training, and ensure the smooth running of internal initiatives. What you’ll be doing:

Change & Comms ?

• Supporting on large scale technology transformation projects
• Coordinate global onboarding of new joiners, including comms and monthly training sessions
• Support change projects with communications, intranet updates, videos, and event coordination
• Manage internal change pages and microsites
• Oversee collateral and performance reviews for offshore support teams

Operations ?

• Coordinate cross-functional planning for new global office openings
• Deliver ad hoc business projects and provide operational support to senior leadership
• Organise internal team meetings and maintain key admin processes

What we’re looking for:

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience working across change, operations or project environments
