Your Role:

As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will:

• Lead the delivery of medium-sized and complex client transformation initiatives across various sectors.
• Manage large client contracts, including budgets, resources, and billing.
• Contribute to delivery strategies and new offerings, enhancing our Change Management approach.
• Participate in the Programme and Change Practice, supporting the 2025 strategy.
• Develop internal training pathways to upskill consultants in strategic change management areas.
• Lead teams and mentor junior members to foster capability development.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in major consulting firms or industry roles, with commercial acumen and familiarity with hybrid delivery models combining traditional and Agile approaches. Desirable skills include implementing technologies like SAP S4/Hana, Salesforce, and others, along with relevant certifications (PROSCI, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.).
