Your Role:

As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of medium-sized and complex client transformation initiatives across various sectors.
  • Manage large client contracts, including budgets, resources, and billing.
  • Contribute to delivery strategies and new offerings, enhancing our Change Management approach.
  • Participate in the Programme and Change Practice, supporting the 2025 strategy.
  • Develop internal training pathways to upskill consultants in strategic change management areas.
  • Lead teams and mentor junior members to foster capability development.

Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation projects, with expertise in stakeholder management and change delivery. Experience in major consulting firms or industry roles, with commercial acumen and familiarity with hybrid delivery models combining traditional and Agile approaches. Desirable skills include implementing technologies like SAP S4/Hana, Salesforce, and others, along with relevant certifications (PROSCI, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.).
