The Landmark London is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Champagne Bar team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will lead service, uphold menu knowledge and coach colleagues to deliver five-star hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• Full knowledge of the food and beverage menu at all times.
• Ensure all staff have appropriate training.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience and hospitality at every touch point.
• Attend daily F&B operations meetings and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee champagne bar service and staff performance.
• Maintain knowledge of the Champagne Bar offering and train new staff.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional five-star service.
• Lead pre/post shift briefings and daily operations updates.
