Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the Champagne Bar on a permanent basis with an immediate start to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team members.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift, enjoying benefits that include a pension with company contributions, generous staff discounts, and opportunities for development within a renowned luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

Be fully conversant with every cocktail and their garnish, and assist with service as described by the outlet chart.
Participate in beverage training and masterclasses to stay current on products.
Suggest cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to guests and explain them when taking orders.
Be knowledgeable about allergens in dishes and drinks and locate information as needed.
Prepare and keep bar stations stocked for each service period.

We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender, to join our Champagne Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot & cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the description on the Pick Up Chart).
To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information before enquiring help from Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty.
To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
