A rewarding role as a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant is available for aspiring SEN specialists, educational psychologists, therapeutic counsellors, or occupational therapists.

Do you want to support children with challenging behaviour? Can you build meaningful rapport to help them succeed? As a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you could be the positive role model they need.

This role is ideal for recent psychology or criminology graduates interested in understanding the causes of challenging behaviour. You will collaborate with trained professionals like SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists, gaining valuable experience for your career.

You will work with young learners exhibiting nonconforming behaviour requiring specialist intervention. Your responsibilities include implementing strategies, providing emotional support, and promoting positive habits to enhance their well-being and social skills.
