Job Opportunity: Challenges and Events Officer

Salary: £24,509 – £31,193 (based on experience)

Location: Alconbury (Hybrid - a mix of homeworking, some travel in the region, and time at HQ)

We are looking for an organised, creative individual who loves bringing people together for a good cause. This full-time Challenges and Events Officer role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a portfolio of exciting fundraising events, from adrenaline-pumping challenges to high-profile community campaigns.

You will join a small but dedicated team committed to providing supporters with unforgettable experiences while raising vital funds for lifesaving work. Your responsibilities will include hands-on planning, digital-led recruitment, managing event day activities, and shaping how these events are run.

If you have some experience in charity events and are ready to take on more ownership and variety, this could be the perfect next step. You will need strong project management skills, an understanding of supporter engagement, and a proactive approach.
