Job summary

Star Actuarial Futures in Belfast is seeking a qualified pensions actuary with extensive DB experience to drive UK DB pensions advisory for clients across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

You will lead on insurance transactions, scheme consolidations and data projects such as pensions dashboards and GMP equalisation, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong project management. Hybrid Belfast working applies.

Qualifications

• Qualified pensions actuary with extensive defined benefit (DB) experience.
• Experience delivering UK DB pensions advisory in a leading consultancy.
• Strong project management and client delivery skills.
• Experience with data projects such as benefit rectifications and GMP equalisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on UK DB pensions advisory engagements for clients across sectors.
• Drive delivery on insurance transactions and scheme consolidations.
• Oversee data projects including pensions dashboards and GMP equalisation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a commercial mindset.

Taking the lead on insurance transaction and scheme consolidation advice, you will additionally play a key role in data projects such as benefit rectifications, pensions dashboards and GMP equalisation.
