Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a Resource Manager for our London CGI Studio. You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of 3D Artists, Animators, Retouchers, and Motion Designers across multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal utilisation.

You will partner with Project Managers, lead stand-ups, manage resource requests, and generate capacity reports, using Smartsheet to maintain data accuracy and drive hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Resource Management, Traffic Management, or Senior Production Coordinator roles.
• Experience in fast-paced creative environments (agency, VFX/CGI studio, post-production).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule CGI studio personnel (3D Artists, Animators, Retouchers, Motion Designers) across multiple projects.
• Partner with Project Managers to translate project scopes into resource plans and deadlines.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly resource meetings to communicate priorities and resolve conflicts.
