Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking a CFSI Manager (Sizewell C) to lead a Quality Engineering team within the Supplier Quality group. The role covers deploying nuclear project QA across SZC and the supply chain, aligning with quality strategy and best practices.

You will drive improvements, oversee supplier assessments, and report performance to internal stakeholders while coaching teams in CFSI concepts and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality teams in regulated environments.
• Ability to implement and maintain QA/QC across major projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19443 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quality Engineers.
• Implement quality arrangements for SZC delivery.
• Lead or support CFSI assessments with suppliers.
• Report on supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Line manage and develop Quality Engineers.
