Job Description:

The NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking a national Clinical Lead to support the Centre for Sustainable Delivery’s Vascular Surgery Specialty Delivery Group. This is a fixed-term role for 9 months, with a current salary applicable for 1 session per week.

The Clinical Lead will provide expertise in developing, designing, and delivering initiatives related to vascular surgery within NHS Scotland. The role involves strategic leadership and support for clinical teams to test innovative working methods and facilitate pathway redesigns across Scotland, underpinning high-quality, credible, and internationally respected clinical advice aligned with professional standards and Realistic Medicine principles.

The successful candidate must act as an authoritative change agent, demonstrating high professional standards and experience working with NHS Scotland's executive and senior managers.
