A scaling AI Martech firm in Leeds is looking for a CFO to drive financial strategies and reporting. The role offers a competitive base salary of £90,000–£150,000 and equity options. As the CFO, you will lead financial leadership, build reporting dashboards, and prepare for company exit. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with the CEO in a dynamic environment, emphasizing flexibility with a four-day work week and equity incentives for hitting exit targets.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) ideally with Big-4 training.
• Experience in scaling companies and SaaS metrics.
• Willing to relocate to Leeds or be onsite twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time reporting dashboards for reporting.
• Prepare the business for exit with clean financials.
• Identify growth opportunities for the organization.

Gresham House Ventures have just backed us, and we’re scaling fast from £3 M to £15 M ARR. Finance is a competitive advantage and we need a leader to help build enterprise value toward a £150 M exit.

Base pay range

£90,000 – £150,000 base salary depending on experience.

Your Skills and Experience

• Qualified – ACCA, ACA, CIMA (ideally Big‑4 trained).
• Hands‑on financial leadership with a scale‑up; experience in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, LTV:CAC).
• Familiar with hybrid agency‑retainer and SaaS subscription economics.
• Experience with M&A and exit readiness.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Leeds, or willing to be onsite 2 days per week.
