ISSCFO - UK&I Central Finance

Contract: Exec Committee

Location: London, E14 9SH

Hours of work: 37.5

Role purpose

The Central Finance CFO of ISS UK&I has the overall responsibility of all central financial outputs (excluding tax and internal audit). The role will cover FP&A and Data, Controlling, Controls & Assurance, Pensions and Treasury, as well as be responsible for the management of the FSC relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running a reliable and responsive Planning and Analysis function that provides the CLT, CFO, Segment Finance Directors and Senior Leadership Teams with incisive, value-add financial support, analysis and tools which facilitates effective decision making.
  • Planning and analysis from a country perspective but setting the standardised approach across the business down to contracts.
  • Overall responsibility for the UK&I planning tool in terms of ensuring it is maintained and kept up to date from both organisational changes and external factors.
  • Reporting and Insight to the CLT and drive the standardisation of data insight as part of the overall finance data strategy. Output not limited to core financial systems of OneStream and NAV, as we look to evolve to more driver-based reporting
  • Play a key role in defining and implementing our data strategy with colleagues in IT.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant: CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • 10+ years post qualification of team management experience
  • Experience across finance in both controlling and business partnering
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
  • Track record of effective business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial and financial awareness in a service delivery environment
  • A track record of effective budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills and able to exploit all elements of data for insight
