Job summary

Mark Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a PE-backed infrastructure business in the UK to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will work with the CEO and investors to shape and deliver transformation, performance improvement and value creation. The CFO will lead planning, forecasting, reporting and cash management, challenging cost bases and enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/ACMA.
Experience as CFO or Finance Director in energy, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or similarly operational environments.
Proven track record of leading business transformation and value creation.
Experience working with private equity investors and providing strategic financial leadership.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate drivers into value.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance function through transformation, improving planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
Drive cash generation, working capital management, investment decisions, and risk management.
Collaborate with CEO, board and investors to translate strategy into priorities and measurable outcomes.
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to simplify processes and scale the business.
