Executive Integrity | B Corp®, a fast-growing renewable energy platform, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, capital raising, and governance. You will lead corporate finance, investor engagement, and treasury to support rapid expansion across Europe.

The ideal candidate has extensive CFO or Finance Director experience in renewables or infrastructure, with a strong track record in debt and equity financing, and solid IFRS and governance expertise.

Formación

• Proven experience as CFO or Finance Director in renewables, infrastructure, utilities, or energy transition sectors.
• Strong track record leading corporate finance activities, including debt financing, equity raises, refinancing, and capital raising.
• Deep understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, and financial governance.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, portfolio optimisation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth.
• Lead corporate finance activities: debt financing, equity raises, refinancing, and capital allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, lenders, funds, banks, and advisors.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, and controls across the organisation.
• Support M&A transactions and partnerships through financial analysis and execution.
• Collaborate with investment, development, commercial and asset teams to optimise funding strategies.
• Lead project financing for solar, wind, and battery energy storage assets.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
• Present performance and investment cases to the Board and shareholders.
• Mentor and develop the finance function to scale with growth.
