• Mackie Myers has partnered with a start-up charity on their remote or hybrid CFO role.
• We are seeking an experienced CFO or Director of Finance and Operations to lead the charity's exciting growth strategy.

Our Client

Mackie Myers is supporting a start-up charity operating in social justice, providing innovative services to support vulnerable people. The charity also educates professionals in the justice system to challenge preconceptions and prejudices against these individuals.

The Role

The new CFO will lead the charity's growth strategy, managing finance, operations, risk, and governance. The CFO reports to the CEO and the board.

Main Duties

• Manage finance, operations, governance, and risk.
• Drive organizational growth by exploring new income opportunities and scaling existing services nationally.
• Ensure the financial stability and sustainability of the charity.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate has previous experience leading finance and operations in an SME charity and has spearheaded an organization's financial strategy. They are an excellent communicator, collaborative leader, and share the charity's passion for change and growth.

What’s on Offer?
