Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across the group, shaping financial strategy, planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership with insight and challenge on commercial and operational decisions.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and reporting across the group.
• Drive systems, processes, reporting and management information development across multiple sites.
• Contribute to strategic and corporate initiatives and prepare for potential exit.
• Collaborate with CEO, investors and stakeholders to support financial performance and efficiency.
