Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team.

You'll be required to carry out tasks for a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with the first engagement and evaluation.

Participants will receive motivational support and guidance to help them stay engaged throughout their sentence. You'll provide both group work and one-on-one interventions to help participants overcome obstacles and reintegrate into their communities, including efficient pre-release preparations to facilitate seamless community integration.

Our successful candidate will ideally have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring effectively.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help participants change their lives. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with benefits including:
