Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team.

You will carry out tasks for a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with initial engagement and evaluation.

Participants will receive motivational support and guidance to stay engaged throughout their sentence. You will provide both group and one-on-one interventions to help participants overcome obstacles and reintegrate into their communities, including pre-release preparation for seamless community reintegration.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring others.

  • Ensure effective case management, safeguarding adults and children, and timely risk notifications to the Probation Service.
