We have an exciting opportunity for a CFO Evolution – Community Support Worker to join our team.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for duties related to a caseload of participants in a community environment. This includes initial assessments, ongoing support during their sentence, providing guidance, and encouraging support. Interventions will be delivered both one-on-one and in group settings to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully exit the program.
The goal of this initiative is to create safe spaces where individuals who have undergone rehabilitation can engage in positive activities that foster social acceptance, improve health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring them effectively.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per year (dependent on experience) along with benefits such as:
