Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a CFO Evolution - Community Support Worker to join our team.

As a support worker, you will be responsible for duties related to a caseload of participants in a community environment. Your role includes conducting initial assessments, providing ongoing guidance, and supporting participants during their sentence through one-on-one interventions and group work. The aim is to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully exit the program.

This initiative aims to create safe spaces for individuals who have undergone rehabilitation to engage in positive activities that foster social acceptance, enhance health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and circumstances, coaching and mentoring participants effectively.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits including:
