PE-backed, the business is on a growth trajectory, and this role will be outward-facing.

We are looking for someone with experience in investor relations, joint ventures, and exits. A robust leader capable of challenging shareholders, steadying the ship, and scaling up.

The candidate should have experience working in a regulated environment and be a strategic decision-maker with a good understanding of a company's journey to exit.

This is an ongoing interim assignment working with the CEO to drive change and prepare the business for a permanent CFO appointment.

The candidate must have flexibility to meet with US stakeholders when necessary.
