Are you an ambitious Finance Director or CFO looking to make a real impact in your next role?

Robert Half is delighted to partner with a dynamic and growing SME in Oxfordshire, committed to innovation and excellence. With a robust international presence and a diverse portfolio, they are seeking a new Chief Financial Officer to play a key role within their business.

As the CFO, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, international financial transactions, risk management, and operational efficiencies. This role involves financial strategy and planning, foreign currency management, budgeting & forecasting, stakeholder management, and operational efficiencies. You will sit on their senior leadership team and have the opportunity to contribute strategically and technically to their continued success.

The client offers a competitive salary of £130,000 to 150,000 per annum plus bonuses, with significant opportunities for impact and career progression.

Candidates should be qualified accountants with proven leadership experience at the Finance Director or CFO level, preferably within owner-managed or family-owned businesses undergoing growth or transformation. Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors, with a background in international trade and multi-currency management, is essential. Applicants must reside near or be willing to relocate to North Oxfordshire, as the role is on-site.
