Guideposts Trust is launching a new Talking Therapies service delivering Counselling for Depression (CfD) in line with NICE guidelines. We are recruiting four CfD Counsellors in Hertfordshire for hybrid/remote work, with a funded training opportunity for BACP-registered counsellors to complete PCE-CfD Practitioner Training.

The roles involve short-term therapy for adults 16+, with a fixed schedule and opportunities to join ongoing training cohorts in 2025.

Formación

• Qualified Counsellors for Depression (CfD) required.
• Experience with talking therapies recommended.
• BACP registration preferred for funded training support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide short-term therapy to individuals aged 16+ with mild to moderate depression.
• Deliver CfD counselling as part of the new Talking Therapies service.
• Work across Hertfordshire in hybrid/remote arrangements.
