Job Description
  • Part of the CFAS division
  • Involved in the assessment of business interruption and other financial losses arising on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiating and settlement of claims.
  • Work within and part of the wider GTS team.
  • Travel and undertake site visits and external meetings.
  • Marketing and promotion of self and business both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
  • Assess business interruption and financial claims both externally and internally.
  • Review and analyze financial information.
  • Prepare detailed reports on analytical work, including conclusions.
  • Visit insurers, reinsurers, claimants, and the insured.
  • Communicate regularly with all interested parties, manage interim payments, and prepare reports.
  • Calculate and agree on claim settlements, and prepare final reports.
  • Assist in developing less experienced team members.
  • Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update files, keeping abreast of legal or technical changes affecting cases.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for self and team.
