Job Description
As a global payments network, Visa maintains a Compliance Program designed to proactively manage legal, regulatory and ethical risks across our business. The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team is responsible for the delivery of this program.
The CFA Compliance Manager role is a role within the Europe E&C team responsible for managing, refining and implementing the delivery of compliance for several core E&C programs in Europe, to include Criminal Finance Act (CFA) and Interchange Fee Regulation (IFR). This role will primarily be responsible for managing and evolving the Financial Crimes compliance programs relating to Associated Persons on a global basis across all Visa entities advising on matters relating to CFA and the Failure to Prevent Fraud Offence (FTPF). This includes the review and remediation of CFA and FTPF risks, investigating compliance incidents, recommending and overseeing implementation of solutions and engaging with regulators as required. The successful candidate will be a motivated, driven individual, responsible for delivering current compliance programs and developing strategies to address evolving compliance risks and new developments in a fast-paced, complex regulatory environment.
