The main focus of this role is to assist members of the team with the day-to-day running of client accounts, execution of deals and pitch documents.

No prior experience is necessary, but you will need to be a confident individual with a motivated working attitude and desire to learn and quickly build your knowledge and working relationships.

Any exposure to an investment bank, accountancy firm or corporate finance team would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials using MS Office.
  • Assist in financial analysis including generating models for valuation metrics, integrated financial models, sensitivity analysis and capital/funding structures
  • Assist with the production and drafting of shareholder circulars, prospectuses, and information memoranda as well as other related documentation
  • Collating placing confirmations and account reconciliations
  • Producing transaction files and other client files
  • Inputting information into the CRM
  • Assist with client account day-to-day administration
  • Assist with the training of interns
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the listed framework of the London Stock Exchange and a good understanding of the requirements of and interaction with the UKLA/The London Stock Exchange/AIM Regulation/the Panel on Takeovers & Mergers with regard toclient issues, and continuing obligations (Model Code)
  • Degree educated – 2:1 or above (preferred)

  • Previous work experience within an investment/stock broking house or similar is desirable
