The Church of England Soldiers’, Sailors’ & Airmen’s Housing Association (CESSA HA) manages charitable sheltered properties for people aged 60 and over with an ex-service background. The flats are split between 8 schemes situated either side of Portsmouth Harbour with a further two located in Greenwich, London and Saltash, Cornwall.
This role will require you to lead and manage our internal Maintenance Team, collaborate and engage with External Contractors, and liaise with our Housing Scheme Managers. You will be kept busy and the successful incumbent will be operationally focussed and will operate with a ‘hands-on’ approach, ensuring that the day-to-day service delivery of an established and efficient H&S, Repairs, Allocations & Voids service is maintained.
