Join Boston Medical Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant on the Surgical Floor (Seton 7E). This direct patient care role involves assisting with vital signs, ADLs, repositioning patients, blood sugars, and call bell responses, in collaboration with the nursing team.
Perform basic patient care activities as delegated by the registered nurse to support quality patient care.
Supervised by the Patient Care Director or designee and the Registered Nurse. Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals are essential.
Provide basic patient care and complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Report deviations, incidents, or changes in patient conditions immediately to the appropriate personnel.
Accountable for patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies, including infection control.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalency.
Minimum Experience: Previous CNA experience or one clinical rotation for nursing students.
