Job Description: The PRN - CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents with memory impairments. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring residents' health and well-being. The PRN Shift - CNA will work closely with the nursing team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and will communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff members. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to work with individuals with memory impairments.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred
