Position Details

• Part-time shifts: 7am-3:15pm, 3pm-11:15pm, or 11pm-7:15am
• Pay: $22.00/hour plus Evening and Weekend Differential

Job Description

As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort. You must have current PA CNA certification.

Responsibilities

1. Provide direct resident care and perform basic nursing skills as assigned.
2. Complete tasks timely and accurately document care in Point Click Care.
3. Follow care plans, participate in care conferences, and assist in updating care plans.
4. Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
5. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
6. Participate in orientation and committee activities.
7. Follow all policies, including HIPAA compliance.
8. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Position Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program with a current PA CNA license.
