Job Description

Assist residents with all activities of daily living. Conduct resident rounds as assigned. Complete all ADL’s accurately and timely. Identify resident problems and concerns and report them to the charge nurse.

Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Position Requirements:

Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals with a current CNA certification. Candidates for this position will possess exemplary customer service and knowledge of direct patient care. Complete and document ADL’s of residents needs as related to care provided. Follow a comprehensive plan of care for individual residents.

Job Specific Details:
