Job Description

Assist residents with all activities of daily living. Conduct resident rounds as assigned. Complete all ADL’s accurately and timely. Identify resident problems and concerns and report them to the charge nurse.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Position Requirements

Professional, friendly, dependable, and punctual individuals with a current CNA certification. Candidates should possess exemplary customer service skills and knowledge of direct patient care. Complete and document residents' ADL needs related to the care provided. Follow a comprehensive plan of care for each resident.
