Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, currently with 200 driving instructors on the road and hundreds in training programs preparing to start teaching.

Due to COVID-19, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction because of test centre backlogs.

Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors have seen their hourly rates increase by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Moreover, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months, making this an excellent time to become a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

• Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
• Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
• IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer)
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctors, nurses)
• Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Full training is provided, conducted locally as much as possible. Our pass rates are well above industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.

Requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
