Job description

You will be driving the NSE Asset Enabled Offering Certification programme focused on bringing Deloitte products and ventures to market. The Certification programme guides Asset Teams through the firms requirements ahead of commercialisation of the offering. The UK AEO Certification programme is sponsored by the UK COO and works across Service Lines.

This is a high-impact leadership role within the T&T Business Innovation team. As the NSE AEO Certification Programme Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the AEO Certification process across NSE, and the operational execution within the UK working closely with the UK Certification Team lead.

You don’t need prior experience or knowledge of the AEO Certification process – we’ll provide full training.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Leadership: define the vision and strategy for the NSE AEO Certification Programme, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s overall business objectives and Global standards
  • Process Ownership: act as the NSE process owner for AEO Certification, providing strategic direction, approving process changes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Represent NSE in global forums, driving greater alignment across member firms.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UK AEO Certification programme, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion of certifications. Provide leadership and guidance to the UK Certification team, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management. Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the programme.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the UK, NSE, and globally, including senior leadership, service line leaders, and specialist teams (QRS, ITS, Product Marketing, Product & Engineering). Effectively navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence decisions.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver compelling quarterly reports to UK and NSE leadership, providing insights into programme performance, key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Own the relationship with the UK and NSE programme sponsors and lead quarterly sponsor reviews.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the UK Certification team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous development. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to the programme.

  • Adaptability and resilience: you embrace challenges, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can effectively manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills: you are detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn: you are excited about the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge in the field of Asset Enabled Offering Certification.
  • Experience with AEO Certification processes
