Job Title: Certification Integrity Officer

As a Certification Integrity Officer, you’ll support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators
  • Supporting audit and compliance processes
  • Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS
  • Communicating with global certification bodies
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting
  • Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing
  • Supporting new certification body applications
Qualifications
