We're hiring a Certification Coordinator to manage and maintain high standards in documentation and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring certification accuracy and alignment with both customer and industry quality standards. You'll coordinate across departments and support a smooth process for internal and customer-facing certification.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review certification and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate certification submissions, ensuring process accuracy and timeliness
  • Support customer and internal inspections/audits with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Track and interpret changes in industry and customer-specific quality requirements
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline the certification process and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
  • Experience working with certification, documentation, or compliance in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to support and enhance quality systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of materials or metallurgy would be a distinct advantage
