Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Rugby. You’ll be supporting a sociable young man with cerebral palsy, who loves company and enjoys getting out and about. There is a dog in the home, so you must be comfortable with pets. This role is a bank position.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care
• Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
• Join in with music, sensory activities, and hobbies
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and enjoyment of life
• Drive to outings and appointments (Full UK Driving Licence essential)

Qualifications

• Experience with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning disabilities, and manual handling
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• A caring, patient, sociable personality
