Join to apply for the Cerebral Palsy Support Worker role at Libertatem Healthcare.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team and work alongside one of our clients in Skewen. The role involves supporting a fun, energetic individual who enjoys outdoor activities and hydrotherapy sessions.

Details:

• £17 per hour (£18 on Sundays)
• 2x day shifts per week (07:30 – 21:00)

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily routines, personal care, and hygiene
• Attending hydrotherapy sessions and outdoor activities
• Administering medication and monitoring health
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Recording care and reporting changes
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family

Requirements:

• Experience with individuals with complex needs
• Full UK driving license
• Confidence with hoists and physical mobility support
• Excellent communication, compassion, empathy, and a sense of humor
• Ability to build trusting relationships
