Sheffield Pottery is seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our production team as a Clay Mixer & Packer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packaging moist ceramic clay using industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate clay mixing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality moist clay
2. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain proper moisture and texture
3. Package finished clay into bags, boxes, and/or pallets for shipping or storage
4. Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials (training provided)
5. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
