Job summary

Fiskars Group is seeking a Factory Operative to join the Wedgwood factory in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent, reporting to the Production Manager. You will work on our iconic china and Jasper products, with a focus on casting and sponging.

A trade test will be part of the recruitment process, and you will join a team that values accuracy and collaboration. Hours are 38 per week (Mon-Thu 08:00–16:06 with 15 minutes flexi; Fri 07:30–15:06 with no flexi).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar ceramic manufacturing role.
• Dexterity and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Willing to learn additional skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the Wedgwood ceramic manufacturing lines (china and Jasper products).
• Perform casting and sponging tasks.
• Complete a trade test as part of the recruitment process.
• Shift pattern: 38 hours per week.
