Waterperry Opera Festival is looking for a new CEO who will create and deliver “Britain’s youngest summer opera festival”.

Responsibilities:

  1. The CEO is accountable for creating and managing the programming, budgets, fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and people.
  2. Lead efforts to attract audiences to opera.
  3. Work collaboratively with the small core-team, founders, and artists.
  4. Stage innovative productions that suit the spaces at Waterperry.
