We’re Hiring: CEO / Sales Manager – UK Expansion

Be the driving force behind the next generation of project management for tradespeople.

TimeFlow System is expanding – and we’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial CEO / Sales Manager to lead our launch and growth in the UK market.

Our platform is purpose-built for craftsmen, contractors, and homeowners, offering a modern and intelligent project management system tailored for the construction and trades industry. With a strong foundation and backing from our international group, we’re now ready to scale – and we want you to take the lead in the UK.

What We Offer – Transparent and Performance-Based Compensation

We believe great results deserve great rewards. That’s why we offer a performance-based compensation model with strong financial upside and long-term potential:

  • Startup phase: 100% commission-based, giving you direct earnings from the revenue you generate – with no upper limit.
  • Target achievement: Once agreed revenue targets are met, your compensation transitions to a fixed market-based salary + bonus.
  • We also retroactively compensate previous commissions up to the fixed salary level – ensuring your early effort is rewarded over time.
  • On top of this, you will receive an annual profit-based bonus, based on 10% of your country’s net result, distributed proportionally based on role and salary.
  • Bonus distribution within your national team is managed by you as CEO.

We do not offer equity, but the model is designed to give you full autonomy, strong financial incentives, and the opportunity to lead a national business with high earning potential.

Your Role

As CEO/Sales Manager UK, you will:

  • Launch and grow TimeFlowSystem in the UK – from first customers to full market presence.
  • Drive sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition in the trades and home services market.
  • Identify market needs and collaborate with our central product team in Sweden to influence further development of TimeFlow for the UK market.
  • Shape and lead your national team, which over time will consist of marketing, sales, and support functions.
  • Represent the brand both digitally and locally, and be the face of TimeFlow in the UK.
  • Collaborate with our Swedish HQ, which handles technology development, administrative support, and marketing backup.
  • Work with local accounting and payroll agents for financial and administrative matters.
Who You Are
  • A hands-on leader and doer with strong sales and business development skills.
  • You understand the construction/trades industry, either through experience or close collaboration.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the UK market.
  • You’re fluent in English, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are eager to take ownership and deliver results.
