Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute the business unit growth strategy.
  • Building a strong, result-oriented team capable of achieving ambitious goals.
  • Run goal setting, planning and budgeting for the business unit.
  • Report to the Gismart CEO.
  • Oversee business operations and monitor their efficiency.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in management/leadership positions in Product or Marketing.
  • Clear understanding of the mobile apps market, distribution channels and growth strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of core unit economics principles, experience in modelling/calculating ROI (LTV/CAC)
  • Thorough understanding of core advertising platforms and the creative marketing practices behind them
  • Strong leadership qualities: accountability for results, drive and ambition to exceed expectations, ability to unite and inspire the team to achieve the set goals.
  • Experience in setting and successfully achieving goals/OKRs.
  • Analytical mindset, and ability to identify patterns, plan budgets, evaluate potential ROI on investments.
  • High expectations of colleagues and ability to identify and recruit top talent to achieve common goals.
  • Perseverance and desire for challenge.
