About the Opportunity
An exciting new chapter awaits. A leading Venture Capital firm is preparing a significant investment into a dynamic pharmaceutical company specialising in the primary care sector. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chairman to lead this transformation, drive accelerated growth, and build a market-leading business across Southeast Asia.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Board and investors, you will assume full P&L accountability and leadership across all corporate, commercial, and operational functions. You will shape and execute a winning strategy for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organisational scale, while championing the company’s reputation and standing with partners, regulators, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and commercial agenda with full autonomy.
• Drive business development, regional expansion, and commercial excellence across SEA markets.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team across all critical corporate and operational functions.
• Ensure strong financial stewardship, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Serve as a visible, credible ambassador to external stakeholders, investors, and partners.
• Position the business for future value creation events (e.g., follow-on funding, strategic partnerships, exit).

Candidate Profile

• Proven General Management or CEO experiencewithin the pharmaceutical sector in Southeast Asia.
• Deep operational and commercial leadership in the primary caresegment preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory environments, and cross-border operations.
• Track record of scaling businesses, building leadership teams, and delivering sustainable growth.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Singapore-based, with existing strong networks across regional healthcare markets.
