Job summary

ActAI is seeking a CEO - AI Stockbroking to define and own a pioneering AI-native stockbroking business. You will shape the proposition, pricing, and regulatory readiness while leading the product and engineering teams.

You will own P&L, custody, market data and partnerships, building a scalable trading platform and an experienced core team to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in stockbroking, brokerage, trading or consumer investing.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful brokerage or trading product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, markets and regulation.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can improve stock discovery, research and trading workflows.
• Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Hands-on operating capability across product flows, brokerage infrastructure, economics and execution.

About the Role

The CEO - AI Stockbroking will build and own an AI-native stockbroking business. The role combines brokerage infrastructure and market expertise with AI-native research, discovery and trading experiences.
