Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment is working with a well-established property management business to appoint an experienced Centre Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a high-profile retail and leisure destination in Edinburgh.

This onsite role combines facilities management, operational leadership, contractor management and occupier engagement to ensure the centre is safe, well maintained and delivers a high standard of service to occupiers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing hard and soft facilities management.
• Contractor and supplier management experience.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety, and fire safety.
• Experience managing occupier and stakeholder relationships.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of service charges and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the daily operational management of the centre.
• Coordinate hard and soft FM provision and manage service partners.
• Ensure health, safety, fire and statutory compliance across the site.
• Engage with retailers, leisure operators and occupiers to deliver service standards.
• Lead incident response and coordinate maintenance and refurbishments as needed.
• Provide regular reporting on operational performance and budgets.
