Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a fantastic family-first indoor playground in the North West of England to appoint a Venue Manager in Chester. You’ll lead, coach and energise a high-performing team, keeping safety, cleanliness and customer service at an excellent standard.

You will own opening and closing procedures, manage daily operations, and drive the centre’s commercial success, hitting revenue targets, controlling costs and ensuring safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management
• Strong Health & Safety emphasis and safeguarding
• Budget, P&L and operations control

Responsibilities

• Run the centre daily with focus on safety, standards and guest service
• Coach and develop the on-floor team to deliver outstanding experiences
• Own opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reporting
• Manage safety checks, incidents and safeguarding records
• Drive centre performance, revenue and cost controls
