Job summary

Sight Scotland is seeking a Centre Officer in Kirknewton to join an enthusiastic team, supporting veterans’ services and reporting to the Leadership team. You will help welcome veterans, resolve operational challenges, and facilitate activities that promote wellbeing and independence.

Role includes maintaining the centre database, contacting potential new veterans by phone, and collaborating with volunteers and teams to improve services.

Qualifications

• Criminal records check or PVG scheme membership required for safeguarding adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and colleagues, welcome veterans to the centre and assist with operational challenges.
• Keep the database up to date and contact potential new veterans by phone to complete required steps.
